The short version
RBX Image Finder is an unofficial utility for finding, previewing, and formatting public Roblox image and decal IDs. You can use the core tools without creating an account, entering Roblox credentials, or providing your name, email address, or payment details. The site does not sell personal information and does not ask for sensitive personal information.
Some preferences and saved asset lists stay in your own browser. Requests for live previews, public asset details, searches, batches, and downloads travel through this site’s Cloudflare-hosted service to public Roblox services. Google Analytics is separate and optional: its script is not requested until you select “Allow analytics” in the choice panel.
Information stored only in your browser
The site uses localStorage to remember your light or dark theme, recent assets, saved assets, and analytics choice. Recent and saved entries can include a public asset ID, title, preview URL, creator name, asset type, rating data, date, and availability details returned for that asset. This information is intended to make repeated creator tasks faster and is not uploaded as a user profile.
You can remove these values by clearing site data for robloximageid.app in your browser. Saved and recent lists do not follow you to another browser or device. If you use private browsing, your browser may remove them when that session ends. Removing local data also resets the analytics choice, so the site will ask again on a later visit.
What happens when you use a live tool
When you inspect an ID, search public decals, check a batch, or request an image download, the browser sends the value you entered and standard web request information to a Cloudflare Worker operated for this site. The Worker requests public asset information or image content from Roblox and returns the result. Search phrases and asset IDs are not treated as account credentials, but you should still avoid entering private or personal information into any search field.
Like most hosted web services, Cloudflare may process network and security information needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and operate its infrastructure. This can include an IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, timing, and security signals. Roblox receives requests needed to return its public asset data, and Roblox handles those requests under its own terms and privacy practices.
Links to Roblox Creator Store and asset pages take you to Roblox. Once you follow an external link, that destination controls its own data handling. This site does not receive your Roblox password, session cookie, purchase history, or private inventory through those links.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 helps the site owner understand broad usage patterns such as visited pages, approximate region, device category, browser, referring source, and interactions recorded by the standard page tag. It is used to learn which tools and guides are useful, find broken journeys, and prioritize improvements. It is not used to build Roblox player profiles or to combine your activity with a Roblox account.
The Google tag is consent-gated. Before you allow analytics, the page does not request the Google Analytics script and does not send a page view to this site’s GA4 property. If you choose “Not now,” that choice is saved locally and analytics remains off on later visits from the same browser. You can reopen the choice below. If you previously allowed analytics and then decline, the updated choice applies to new events; clearing site data provides a fresh start.
Google acts as a service provider for analytics data and may process information on infrastructure outside your country. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and Google’s own opt-out tools may provide additional controls. Aggregate reports may be retained for trend analysis, while event-level retention follows the settings applied to this site’s GA4 property.
Security, retention, and changes
The site limits its own collection by avoiding user accounts and keeping convenience data in the browser. HTTPS protects traffic in transit once the domain connection reaches the site, and Cloudflare provides delivery and security controls. No internet service can promise absolute security, so do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, unpublished project data, or other confidential material to the public finder fields.
Operational request information is kept only as needed for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and service maintenance under the configured Cloudflare services. Public Roblox results may change or disappear when Roblox or an asset creator updates an item. Clearing your local site data removes the preferences and asset lists stored by this application in that browser.
This notice may change when the site adds a new data flow, provider, or user-facing feature. Material changes will be reflected on this page and in the displayed analytics choice when a new decision is needed. The effective date for this version is August 20, 2026.
A note for younger users and families
This utility is designed for Roblox creators and players, but it is not a Roblox account service. Younger users should involve a parent or guardian when local law requires consent for optional analytics. Choosing “Not now” leaves all core finder and guide features available.
The site does not knowingly request a child’s name, contact details, precise location, school, or Roblox login. If a future feature needs information from users, its collection and controls will be explained before that feature is enabled.
